If you lost your home due to a tax or mortgage foreclosure did you know that you may be entitled to excess funds? This happens when the home is sold at auction to a 3rd party buyer for more than what is owed creating a surplus. For instance, if you were behind $50,000 on your mortgage and the bank foreclosed on the home and sold it at an auction for $150,000, there would be $100,000 in surplus funds left over.
These funds often have to be claimed within a certain time period depending on the state and county the home is in. If the funds remain unclaimed they often become property of the state or whatever authority that is holding the funds.

No this is not a scam. We are not trying to convince you to give us money for services we will provide at a later date. As soon as you sign an agreement with us, we go to work for you to legitimately retrieve your funds at our own expense and we are not paid unless we are successful.
Mainly because the authorities holding your funds don't really want you to know. They have to attempt to contact you at least once but if they are unable to reach you there is a good chance they get to keep the funds. So it is to their benefit for you not to know.
That really depends on whether there are any additional claimants who may also file on the property. Or if there are additional liens or county fees. Once we have an agreement signed you are authorizing us to find out the specific details for your situation.
Our fees can vary. We will always discuss our fees with you prior to you signing an agreement with us. We will never ask you to pay us any fees upfront because we are paid from the proceeds that we recover for you with you receiving the majority share.
This can vary depending on the state but it could take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months. If the property is in an estate it can take up to a year or more.
Some counties give you 90 days from the date the sale was recorded whereas others give you 3 years. We are happy to discuss the details of your specific situation.
Once we are able to speak with you directly, we will get the necessary documents to start the claim out to you for signature within 24-48 hours. We use a mobile notary sent to the address of your choice to get your signature. (Must have a photo ID.)
Please send us an email if you have any additional questions.
